Sfilztalpi Book Room (“Sfilztalpi”, “we”) operates an independent bookstore at Zone 61, Street 320, Building 18, Msheireb, Doha, Qatar. This notice explains how we collect and use personal data in connection with our shop and website at sfilztalpi.cyou.

We do not ask for national identity numbers through this website. We do not sell personal data. Payment card details for in-store purchases are handled through our payment provider’s terminals and are not stored on this site.

Why we use data

We use contact details to reply to enquiries, arrange shelf holds, confirm evening attendance, and improve how Sfilztalpi serves visitors in Doha. Necessary cookies keep basic site functions working. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept or enable them in Settings.

Sharing and retention

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate email or hosting, and only as needed for those services, or when Qatar law requires disclosure. We keep enquiry messages for as long as useful to complete the request, then delete or anonymise them within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required for legal reasons.
