Website content
Pages describe our shelves, evenings, and visit details in good faith. Stock changes quickly; a title shown or mentioned online may sell out before you arrive. Prices, when stated in the shop, prevail over any outdated website note. Event schedules may change; we will update the evenings page when we can.
You may not copy substantial parts of this site for commercial reuse, scrape the site aggressively, or present Sfilztalpi content as your own. Short quotations with credit for personal or editorial use are fine.
Purchases and holds
Book sales are completed in the shop under Qatar consumer rules applicable to retail trade. Shelf holds arranged by email are courtesy arrangements, not guaranteed reservations beyond the time we confirm in writing. Gift receipts and returns follow the policy stated at the counter at the time of purchase.
Evenings
Attendance at Sfilztalpi evenings is usually free unless we note a materials fee. We may refuse entry if a gathering is full or if behaviour disrupts other visitors. Recording of guests or readers requires prior agreement.
Liability
The website is provided as a local information service. To the extent permitted by Qatar law, Sfilztalpi is not liable for losses arising from reliance on outdated stock notes or from temporary site outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable Qatar law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Courts in Doha have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
