Start with the front table if you want what is newly arrived. Move left for long fiction and translated novels; move right for essays, reportage, and local interest. The back corner holds design, photography, and oversized art books that prefer a slower page turn.
Sfilztalpi keeps a bilingual shelf near the window — English with Arabic companions, and a rotating set of other languages that visitors ask for most. If you cannot find a title, ask at the desk; we often can order it into the next week’s delivery.

How we restock
When a favourite disappears, Sfilztalpi does not rush a random replacement into the gap. We note what sold, what readers asked about, and what still feels missing on the wall. That keeps the room coherent — and keeps return visits interesting without turning the shelves into noise.
